Done when: either (a) pin taps are wired to MapState.drill(into:) (Pages/AnalyticsKitMapCanvas.swift:349-358) so the fully-built breadcrumb UI ("World ▸ United States ▸ California", Pages/AnalyticsKitMapToolbar.swift:121-144) actually functions, or (b) the dead GeoCrumb/drill(into:) code and the coupled dead tree-expansion state (AnalyticsKitMapCanvas.swift:643,740) are removed.
