QR picker reuses the DESTINATION filter panel — wrong content, unscrollable
QRPickerView drives DestinationFilterViewModel/ActionFilterPanel, so picking a QR code offers "Search destinations" and a grid of 13 destination types. The panel also cannot be scrolled, so Sort By is cut off.
