Viv — Wire DestinationLaunchpad's 'Mute Destination' action to a real mute/unmute field and service call, with a muted indicator shown in the destination list. Done when: tapping Mute persists a muted state server-side and the destination visibly shows as muted afterward. File: TacTileConnect/Features/Destinations/Pages/DestinationLaunchpad.swift:605-607. Today it only does print("Destination muted") — no state change.
