Viv — fix the mobile hamburger menu in apps/web's app shell, which has no onClick handler at all — navigation is fully broken below the lg breakpoint on every authenticated page. Confirmed by QA task "QA: App shell navigation (sidebar + hamburger)" (t_9869e20b), which found this but only documented it as a known issue rather than filing a tracked fix. Done when: tapping the hamburger icon on a mobile-width viewport opens a working nav drawer/menu with the same destinations as the desktop sidebar, on any (app) route. File: apps/web/system/navigation/AppShell.tsx.
