## The brief on file

DONE — PR #242, merged to main (ancestry verified), API deployed to staging.

Scope was larger than the brief: webhook_configs/webhook_deliveries existed as DDL but NOTHING read them, so shipping only the MCP tools would have had the agent report "webhook configured" for a URL that never fires. Built the delivery pipeline too (HMAC-SHA256 Stripe-style signing, scan fan-out alongside dispatchToConnectors, failure_count auto-disable at 10), the CRUD route, and the 5 tools.

Both invariants held:
1. Previewing never fires the webhook — webhook.test is a WRITE not a READ. Found and fixed THREE live bypasses of this shape: webhook.test, zap.test, and analytics.test_connector (found by widening the egress net from CATALOG to CUSTOMER_TOOLS; it POSTs to Google/Meta and writes status columns).
2. No signing secret reaches a card or persisted preview — used absence rather than masking: never an input (server-generated), never an output (no route selects the column). Removed `secret` from the catalog create/edit schemas, since args are rendered into cards and written to agent_pending_actions.input.

Also: extracted the SSRF guard to utils/ssrf.ts (shared with urlCheck), tightened it to check EVERY DNS answer rather than Answer[0]. Narrowed the events enum to `scan` — form_submit/qr_scan/nfc_tap were advertised but undeliverable.

FOLLOW-UP NEEDED: there is no dashboard surface for reading the signing secret. An endpoint created via the agent cannot verify signatures until one exists.
