Viv — implement whichever option "Decide the account-timezone plan for analytics day-boundaries" lands on. If accounts.timezone ships: populate it, thread it into the nightly rollup's day-boundary calculation, and change AnalyticsRange's default from TimeZone.current.identifier to the account's stored tz. If device-tz is accepted instead: close out the stale "Phase 3 step 3.3" TODO comments in AnalyticsRange.swift and AnalyticsAPIClient.swift so they stop describing unfinished work as pending. Done when: the code and its comments agree with the written decision. File: apps/ios/TacTileConnect/Features/Analytics/Models/AnalyticsRange.swift, supabase/migrations/20260424_analytics_rollups.sql.
