Viv — make the white-label runbooks usable by whoever answers support, which at launch is Caitlin. Done when: the runbooks cover the realistic failure cases — customer entered the DNS record wrong, certificate stuck pending, domain verified but scans 404, customer wants to move a domain to a different destination, customer cancels Pro while a custom domain is live — each with the exact steps to diagnose and fix. NOTE: "train the ops team" overstates the current situation; there is no ops team, so the real deliverable is documentation good enough that one person can follow it cold.
