Viv — Add a 'Retry' action to GroupLaunchpad's and FamilyLaunchpad's load-failure error views. Done when: a failed load shows both 'Close' and 'Retry', and Retry re-attempts the load. File: TacTileConnect/Features/Launchpad/GroupLaunchpad.swift:367-385 (errorView), TacTileConnect/Features/Launchpad/FamilyLaunchpad.swift:426-444 (errorView).
