Grounded in the locked decisions rather than generic template text: purchases route to Stripe on the web and the apps sell nothing (§4); free tier has no analytics and destinations need renewal (§4); liability capped at 12 months of fees per S13 (§12); binding California arbitration per S13 (§14); termination stops tags resolving, which is called out because physical tags in the wild go dead (§11).

FOUR THINGS NEED YOU (marked inline — `grep -n DECISION docs/legal/terms-of-service.md`):
1. Minimum age — drafted at 18+, because the Service takes payment and publishes to the public web. If you want 13-17 with parental consent, both this and the Privacy Policy change, and marketing to schools would pull COPPA in.
2. Arbitration venue county — drafted Los Angeles County; should match the principal office / registered agent.
3. Whether you want arbitration at all. I drafted it as S13 specifies, but added a 30-day opt-out and a small-claims carve-out that S13 does not mention. An unqualified class-action waiver is the part courts most often strike down; those two additions are the standard mitigations.
4. Registered postal address — left blank deliberately. Guessing a corporate address in a contract is worse than a visible gap, and app-store and payment-processor reviews check for it.
