## The brief on file

DONE 2026-07-28 (Viv) — commit e88996e4.

THE BRIEF UNDERSTATED THIS. It said DestinationViewerScreen.swift passed no content
argument. True, but the reason it compiled is worse: VideoViewer had NO content
parameter at all and hardcoded its player to a Big Buck Bunny sample on a Google CDN
(commondatastorage.googleapis.com), falling back to a bundled SampleVideo.mp4. So a
customer previewing their own video destination saw a stock demo clip — not an empty
player. On a paid product that reads as the product being broken.

What landed:
  - VideoActionContent (name/status/downloadURL/posterURL/transcodeError) +
    .video case on ActionContentPayload + VideoContentResponse.
  - loadVideoContent(actionId:) → GET /api/videos/<hash>/content. NOTE the PLURAL
    route: the type string is singular "video" but the worker mounts /api/videos.
    Same asymmetry the web viewer hit — now documented in the method.
  - loadContent(for:) now returns .video instead of falling through to .unsupported.
  - payload.videoContent accessor alongside audioContent.
  - VideoViewer rewritten to mirror AudioViewer exactly: content in, real URL played
    via .task(id:), player torn down onDisappear. Three honest states instead of a
    fake video — transcode error (shows the server's message), still processing
    (status == "processing"), and no video linked.
  - UIVCatalog.swift:181 called VideoViewer(title:) and had to change to
    VideoViewer(content: nil).

FOLLOW-UP (small, not done): that UIVCatalog entry now renders the empty state rather
than a frame of video, so the video screen's UI-validation ledger entry is stale.
Re-bless it, or give the catalog a fixture VideoActionContent pointing at a bundled
clip if a real frame matters for the capture.

VERIFIED: xcodebuild -scheme "TacTile Connect" -configuration Debug
-destination 'generic/platform=iOS Simulator' → ** BUILD SUCCEEDED **, no new warnings.
