## The brief on file

Viv — build a GitHub Actions workflow that runs apps/api/tactile-api's "deploy:sentry" script via workflow_dispatch, including sourcemap upload tagged to the git SHA. Done when: workflow_dispatch runs deploy:sentry and sourcemaps are tagged to the triggering commit SHA. CRITICAL: no push trigger — public-facing surfaces must never auto-deploy, workflow_dispatch (manual one-click) only. Depends on staging being confirmed live first.
