me — TacTile_Investor_Plan_v2.html (Dive 2, "5 CONTENT TYPES · SHIPPED": Gallery, Document, Video, Notes, Contact) uses "Contact" to mean the Contact/ConnectCard DESTINATION CONTENT TYPE (a digital business card you attach to a QR/NFC) — that reading is defensible and IS shipped (confirmed: destinations.type = 'contact', card_connector_accounts import flow, contact_cards table). The risk is not that the claim is false — it's that the same deck (and the business plan separately) also markets "where scans become leads" as core value, so a reader can plausibly conflate "Contact — SHIPPED" with a leads/CRM capability that does NOT exist (no contacts/leads inbox on any surface — see t_c791b587, t_e46bec8b in this wave). Done when: either the deck's "Contact" pill gets a one-line qualifier distinguishing it from lead/CRM capture, or Matthew confirms the ambiguity is acceptable as-is.
