## The brief on file

Viv — confirm the money actually works in production before the doors open. Done when: live-mode Stripe products and prices exist and match the pricing page exactly (Plus $11/mo or $9/mo annual, Pro $27/mo or $23/mo annual), the production webhook endpoint is registered and receiving live events with signature verification passing, tax settings and the customer portal are configured, and one real end-to-end purchase has succeeded and been refunded. WHY THIS DESERVES ITS OWN TASK: test-mode-to-live-mode is the classic launch-day failure — everything works in staging, the first real customer's card silently fails, and nobody notices until a support email arrives. Related but distinct from the Security wave's credential rotation task, which covers rotating secrets rather than proving the live pipeline works. Files: apps/api/tactile-api/src/routes/billing.ts
