## The brief on file

Matthew — bring the investor deck's claims in line with the shipped product before it goes out again. Done when: every capability claim is either true at send time or hedged. THE SPECIFIC EXPOSURES found by cross-checking Investor Plan v2 against the code: (1) 'AI Assistant' is tagged SHIPPED and 'MCP · FIRST', and the demo shown is a natural-language prompt producing a designed QR plus a deploy plan — but 11 of 13 proposal cards currently render empty or fabricated data and the open-in-editor escape hatch is dead. (2) The competitive matrix self-scores TacTile 14/14 including 'Agent/MCP surface' and 'Destination orchestration', while destination editing works for 3 of 14 types on iOS and the public web viewer renders 5 of 14. (3) 'Contact' is listed as a shipped content type — defensible, since the Contact destination type is real, but it sits next to lead-capture language that invites the wrong reading. (4) Section 3 states as an absolute that 'everything a human can do in the platform, an agent can do over MCP' — roughly half the 147-op MCP catalog are stubs, and Action and Bluetooth destinations have no MCP presence at all. NOTE the plan is already honest about this internally — Section 3 says the agent 'requires significant hardening and fine-tuning before it meets the standard required for a public launch.' That hedge simply never propagated into the pitch. Pairs with the Legal wave's marketing-claims task.
