Viv — fix the Deep Dive 'Change' asset picker sheet to show real errors instead of silently substituting fake demo entities on a failed search. Done when: errorsByKind (already captured) is rendered with a retry option outside DEBUG/Preview. File: Components/AnalyticsDeepDiveBlueBanner.swift:716-724,794-806 (AssetPickerSheet), seed data at Pages/AnalyticsKitDeepDiveScreen.swift:211-243 (Entity.seedPool). Today: users see fabricated entities like 'Table tents (Downtown)' with no indication they aren't real.
