Viv — audit complete (2026-07-26): form_submissions lands in the DB via a write-only path — POST from the public form destination, GET /api/form/:hash/submissions exists in apps/api/tactile-api/src/routes/form.ts, but zero UI in web or iOS reads it back. No standalone leads/contacts inbox exists on web or iOS; the only related surface is the ConnectCard destination type. File: apps/api/tactile-api/src/routes/form.ts.
