## The brief on file

Caitlin — verify the seven templates that already exist actually render and send correctly. Done when: each one has been triggered end to end and the received email is checked for correct content, working links, brand consistency, and readable rendering on phone and desktop mail clients. The seven: password-reset, verify-email, password-changed, payment-receipt, payment-failed, account-deleted, support-request. NOTE: these were built in an earlier chunk and are wired into the API, but nobody has confirmed the delivered result — and the stub-provider fallback means they may currently send nothing at all, so confirm real delivery first. Files: packages/email/src/templates/
