Viv — build a real custom date-range picker for comparisons in Deep Dive. Done when: (1) the global 'Compare to' sheet's custom-range option works instead of showing 'Coming soon' (Components/PageRangeBar.swift:320-326, CompareSheet), and (2) the Activity widget's 'Custom range…' option computes a real custom comparison instead of silently falling back to previous-period while still labeling it 'Custom' (Components/ActivityWidget.swift:520,528-538; ViewModels/DeepDiveViewModel.swift:297-299, comment: 'Custom range not yet specified — use previousPeriod as a safe fallback').
