Viv — fix two Goal Sheet bugs. Done when: (1) mutationError is cleared when the sheet opens, not just at the top of create/update/delete (Pages/AnalyticsKitGoalSheet.swift:249-256; ViewModels/GoalsViewModel.swift:176,226,301) — currently a stale error from a previous action leaks into the next sheet open; (2) the asset picker's promised retry chip is built (Pages/AnalyticsKitGoalSheet.swift:1534-1558 silently swallows fetch errors, contradicting Services/EntityDirectoryService.swift:39-40's comment promising retry-chip support).
