## The brief on file

Rounds 3 + 4 landed. #236 (14 surfaces) merged as 24afe5bc; PR #243 covers the rest.

Round 4 audited the ~39 screens #236 didn't touch: 75 rows, 5 MAJOR, 13 MINOR, 57 PASS, and ZERO new modifier-order traps — every #236 cap verifies as correctly ordered.

Fixed in #243: SettingsHost's background (a regression #236 introduced — the cap was right, the page background was painted INSIDE it, so tablet margins rendered white); InAppPhotoPicker (a Dialog with usePlatformDefaultWidth=false, the one true escape from the NavHost cap); NfcEncoderOverlay (hand-rolled sheet, so material3's 640dp cap never applied); ApprovalsInboxScreen; the Assets Refine panel (sibling of both capped regions); plus 13 MINORs. Two vertical fixes too — SheetColumn now defaults scrollable=true and the inline Note/Website sheets scroll, because the orientation lock keys on WIDTH so a short wide window can hide a sheet's Save button.

canvas top bar contents, crop header row + extraTopContent slot, CameraCaptureScreen chrome (bound the chrome Row ONLY, never the AndroidView preview), ProfilePhotoCropScreen header, the MainShell floating Agent pill anchor, and UnsavedChangesGuard — which is UNVERIFIED and uses default DialogProperties, so screenshot it before changing anything.

Before adding any cap, read ContentWidth's kdoc. There are now THREE documented ways to get one wrong; the third (correct cap, background painted inside it) is not a modifier-order bug and is how SettingsHost slipped through.
