Viv — Section 2 predates the April 15 thesis flip entirely and is still pure old-thesis QR-first framing — the flip only reached 9 of 16 sections and Section 2 wasn't one of them. Rewrite it to the three-pillar NFC-native framing (NFC-native orchestration, connected physical distribution, agentic AI + MCP) per the thesis flip spec. A "_REVISED" draft already sits alongside the canonical file in the same folder — check it as a possible starting point before rewriting from scratch. Done when: Section 2 matches the post-flip thesis with no old-thesis language remaining.
