## The brief on file

CLOSED 2026-08-31. db_url now exists in op://TacTile/Supabase (Matthew rotated the DB password via the Management API PATCH /v1/projects/{ref}/database/password and stored the full URI; nothing else consumed the old password). BOTH previously-never-run audits then ran for the first time: verify:rls-snapshot (4 diffs — ALL the database being STRICTER than the fixture: soft-delete check on p_destinations_public_select; anon EXECUTE revoked live on log_open_event, log_analytics_event, cleanup_expired_oauth_codes) and verify:db-grants (4 findings, all expired-allowlist knowns: current_account_tier pending #581 guard, favicon deny-alls deliberate, checklists policy deferred; 5 dead entries to ratchet). Record reconciliation dispatched as its own branch/PR (r18-db-audit-reconcile). NOTE for runners: the scripts read SUPABASE_URL + SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY (+ SUPABASE_DB_URL) from env — source them from the vault at invocation.
