Viv — fail fast if the Cloudflare credentials are missing. Done when: the worker validates CF_API_TOKEN and CF_ZONE_ID at boot and refuses to start (or loudly alerts) rather than discovering they're absent when a customer tries to add a domain. WHY: without these, every custom-domain operation fails at the moment a paying Pro customer attempts it — which is both the worst time to find out and a silent failure from your side, since nothing else in the product depends on them. Same class of problem as the email stub provider: config missing, code fine, failure invisible until a customer hits it. File: apps/api/tactile-api/src/index.ts, apps/api/tactile-api/src/utils/customDomainHealth.ts
