## The brief on file

SENTRY_DSN — set on tactile-api-staging. Value pulled from the Sentry API using the
stored Sentry auth_token (project tactile-api, org tactile-c6); 1Password's Sentry.dsn_api
field was EMPTY and has now been backfilled with it.
VERIFIED: set a random SENTRY_TEST_TOKEN, hit GET /api/__test/sentry with the
x-sentry-test header, got the expected 500 (request_id 0f8e88d1-4fad-479c-a170-874149b6ede7),
and confirmed the event arrived in Sentry as issue TACTILE-API-3
"Error: [sentry-test] intentional error from /api/__test/sentry".

RESEND_API_KEY — set on tactile-api-staging from op://TacTile/Resend/api_key.
VERIFIED: domain tactile.to is "verified" in Resend, and a real test send to
matthew@tactile.to returned last_event=delivered (Resend id fe975bff-01cb-4984-8e43-b0bd18195bfd).
Email is no longer a silent no-op on staging.

ALSO SET: SENTRY_TEST_TOKEN (locally-generated random, not stored in 1Password —
same convention the runbook uses for HEALTH_TOKEN). Regenerate it if you need to
re-run the Sentry smoke test. Note /api/__test/sentry returns 404 when the token is
unset, so leaving it set keeps that surface open — delete it if you'd rather close it.

FINDING worth carrying: Resend has ONLY tactile.to verified as a sending domain.
SUPPORT_INBOX_EMAIL is support@tactile-connect.com. That's fine while it is only ever
a recipient, but any attempt to SEND from a tactile-connect.com address will fail.
