## The brief on file

Viv — Wire the Triggers tab's 'Create' button and empty-state CTA to a real trigger-creation flow instead of opening NewGroupSheet. Done when: tapping 'Create' (or the 'Create your first trigger' empty-state CTA) in the Triggers tab lets the user create an actual QR code or NFC tag (e.g. mirroring the Destinations tab's AssetsCreateRoutingModifier pattern), not a Group container. File: TacTileConnect/Features/Assets/AssetsHostView.swift:490-499 (handleCreate .qrnfc case), :703-704 (qrNfcEmptyState). Today both open NewGroupSheet, which only creates a Group, not a trigger.
