Viv — add rename/delete affordances for custom dashboards. Done when: users can rename and delete a dashboard from the UI. File: State/DashboardStore.swift:207 (deleteDashboard) and :214 (renameDashboard) are both fully implemented server/store-side with zero call sites — the only dashboard-management UI (Components/AnalyticsDeepDiveBlueBanner.swift:203-220) currently offers switch/'New dashboard' only.
