## The brief on file

Viv — build the landing page shown when a scanned QR or NFC tag has no destination attached. Done when: /t/[hash] renders a proper branded page for BOTH cases — (a) a tag that was programmed but never linked to a destination, and (b) a tag whose destination was deleted — and neither shows a generic error. IMPORTANT framing from Matthew: case (a) is the normal state of every tag in a freshly purchased pack, so this is a first-impression moment, not an error state — it should read as 'claim this tag' and route the person into setup, not a dead end. Case (b) needs to handle a physical tag that still exists in the world pointing at a deleted destination. File: apps/web/app/t/[hash]/route.ts (see the existing inline notFoundHtml template).
