## The brief on file

Viv — load-test the QR/NFC scan-resolution path at 1M+ events. Done when: a load test against staging confirms /t/[hash] and /api/nfc/:hash hold acceptable latency and error rates at 1M+ simulated scans; no such test exists today. File: apps/web/app/t/[hash]/route.ts, apps/api/tactile-api/src/routes/nfc.ts. NOTE: moved off the NFC/QR core gate to break a dependency cycle — this now gates the GO/NO-GO decision instead, since at-scale load testing is pre-launch hardening rather than core-pipeline work.
