## The brief on file

`apps/runs-engine` is the single app on the SKIP allowlist in `scripts/verify/app-typecheck.mjs`. Every other app with a tsconfig now typechecks clean in the gate. This row is that debt, with the count attached.

`npx tsc --noEmit -p apps/runs-engine/tsconfig.json` → 15 errors, and they are real type drift rather than noise:

 • `src/agent.ts:619` — `"warn"` is not assignable to `EventKind`. The union is missing a member something already emits.
 • `src/prompt-template.ts:254` — the pathway `Record` is missing four keys the type demands: `ios-mirror`, `ipad-mirror`, `android-mirror`, `desktop-mirror`. So four pathways have no template and the object is structurally incomplete.
 • `src/routes/runs.ts:327, :486, :490` — `CreateRunRequest` has no `target_screen`, but the route reads and assigns it. Either the type is stale or the field is dead; find out which before deleting anything.
 • `src/resume-scheduler.ts:31` — object possibly undefined.

The `*-mirror` and `target_screen` clusters look like the same unfinished feature seen from two ends. Establish that first; fixing them independently will probably produce two half-answers.

**THE COUNT IS A RATCHET AND IT IS ASSERTED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS.** `app-typecheck.mjs` fails if the count goes UP (regression) *and* if it goes DOWN without the number being lowered. So partial progress is fine — fix three, set the number to 12, and the gate stays honest. What is not fine is leaving the number stale, which is exactly how a baseline rots into permanent accepted debt.

DONE WHEN: the errors are 0 and the `runs-engine` entry is deleted from `SKIP` entirely, so the app joins the discovered-and-checked set. At that point the allowlist is empty and the script says so.

DO NOT "fix" any of these by widening a type to `any` or adding `@ts-expect-error`. Each one names a real inconsistency between what the code does and what the types claim; making the compiler quiet without resolving that is worse than the error, because the next reader believes the type.
