Done when: Gate() renders an inline lock badge for mode='inline_lock' instead of returning null. File: apps/web/features/analytics/components/Gate.tsx:38 (TODO: inline_lock badge rendering). Currently GateMode includes 'inline_lock' but there's no implementation — any future caller passing that mode gets nothing rendered, silently hiding gated content.
