## The brief on file

Caitlin — confirm whether the QR code list screen is reachable from any live user action on phone. NEW FINDING (not previously tracked): every call site that opens QrFlowHost (Dashboard "Create QR Code", Trigger launchpad "Edit Design") sets qrFlowStartInEditor=true, so QrFlowHost's List route is never selected — QrListScreen appears to be fully built (FAB "New QR", row tap-to-edit, delete) but dead-ended purely by MainShell.kt wiring, not by design intent (the code comment at MainShell.kt:35-36 implies a list entry point should exist elsewhere in the shell). Confirm on-device that there is no path to it, and flag to Viv as a build/wiring gap if confirmed — this is new, don't lose it. File: apps/android/app/src/main/java/com/tactile/app/ui/qr/editor/QrListScreen.kt, QrFlowHost.kt, apps/android/app/src/main/java/com/tactile/app/ui/shell/MainShell.kt. Phone only — tablet verification is a separate later pass, after tablet support lands.
