A repo-wide search (Command/tactile, Documents/Claude/Artifacts, the mounted iCloud TacTile folder) did not locate a business plan document with a Section 13. The 7-section investor plan (tactile-investor-plan-v2-doc) is a shorter, different document. The Legal wave has a task to audit that Section 13 for policy drift — this is the broader version.
