## The brief on file

Verify the web→app NFC handoff end to end on real devices, both platforms: (1) Desktop QR handoff — scan on iOS, scan on Android, app opens to the right destination. (2) Mobile-web handoff with app installed — tap opens the app directly, not the store. (3) Mobile-web handoff with app NOT installed — falls back to the correct store, and after install+launch the original destination intent is preserved (or the agreed degraded behavior if full state preservation wasn't feasible on iOS). (4) Return path — after programming in-app, the web view reflects the programmed state correctly. Test on real iOS and Android hardware, not just simulators, since Universal Links / App Links verification behaves differently on-device. Log pass/fail per path.
