## The brief on file

Viv — add a local notification (or APNs hook) fired when custom domain provisioning transitions from pending to active. Done when: the user gets notified without having to manually reopen the Custom Domain screen. File: CustomDomainViewModel.swift:135-136 (`// TODO(push): notify on active`). Today: polling happens silently in the background; users must reopen the screen to discover their domain went live.
