## The brief on file

Per the handoff-experience design decision, upgrade apps/web-mobile/features/nfc/components/NfcExplainerSection.tsx's "Program tags on iOS/Android" buttons. Today they are flat links straight to APP_STORE_URL / PLAY_STORE_URL (features/nfc/constants.ts) with no attempt to open an already-installed app. Replace with a real handoff: detect iOS vs Android, attempt to open the app via the custom scheme / Universal Link / App Link (once registered by the earlier infra tasks) with the destination pre-loaded, and only fall back to the store link if the open attempt fails (the classic timeout-based or visibilitychange-based app-open pattern). Depends on the deep-link routing layer task and the design decision task.
