Viv — make the QR image auto-refresh after reprogramming to a white-label domain. Done when: no manual Edit-Design-and-resave round trip is required. File: Features/QR/Pages/QRLaunchpad.swift:975-996 — explicit `// TODO(qr-rerender): wire programmatic re-render + upload so the QR image flips to the new host without an Editor round-trip.` Today: performReprogram() rewrites the payload host in the DB, but the QR image bytes in R2 still encode the old host — the success toast literally tells the user 'Reprogrammed to {host}. Open Edit Design and re-save to refresh the QR image.'
