## The brief on file

RE-FILED 2026-08-13 from t_53abb409 at MEDIUM. Same work, corrected priority; t_53abb409 is closed as SUPERSEDED and was never worked.

Why: it carried HIGH for FIVE consecutive rounds on a docs-only cleanup, and `task_update` exposes no `priority` field, so no session could correct it. On a launch board where HIGH means store-blocking, a docs fix sitting at HIGH is noise that crowds out the rows that genuinely block submission — and it was escalated to Matthew four times purely because it looked urgent.

SCOPE CARE — this is the one thing that makes it non-trivial. `TacTile-dev/TacTile` is also the GitHub org/repo slug and the repo carries several near-miss hostnames (tactile.to = the app, tactile-connect.com = marketing, app.tactile-connect.com = the mobile PWA, staging.tactile.to, context.tactile.to). A blind find-and-replace across the tree has corrupted URLs here before. Enumerate the hits first, classify each, then edit.

Run `bash scripts/verify/gate.sh` before opening a PR — `verify:one-contact-address` and the AGENTS.md checks both scan tracked text files and are easy to trip with a doc edit.
