Done when: either (a) AiQaWidget (Pages/AnalyticsKitDashboardWidgetsC.swift:216-238) and DashAiQa (Components/DashTiles/DashTilesLive.swift:541-619) get a real text field wired to the agent turn API, replacing the current inert/decorative stub, or (b) both are confirmed covered by the legacy-widget-system cleanup task (t_c6713468) and no separate action is needed — note both files are already listed in that cleanup's dead-widget inventory, so this task may close as a no-op once (b) is confirmed.
