A deep-audit legacy trap: TriggerLinkerScreen/NfcLaunchpadScreen and Assets' GroupDetail/FamilyDetail composables are dead code superseded by the live Launchpad screens — do not "fix" them.

## The brief on file

Viv — give the Assets tab's Triggers and Destinations lists a real error state instead of silently degrading to empty. Done when: a failed triggers or destinations fetch renders a distinct "couldn't load, retry" state (matching the SectionState.Error + retry pattern already used on Dashboard/Settings/Analytics), and is visually distinguishable from a genuinely-empty account. File: app/src/main/java/com/tactile/app/ui/assets/AssetsViewModel.kt:65-76 (`refresh()`: `runCatching { triggersRepository.list() }.getOrNull().orEmpty()` and the destinations-store refresh both swallow failures with no error flag set). Current behavior: if the triggers or destinations fetch fails, the Assets tab silently shows "No triggers yet." / "No destinations yet." — identical to what a brand-new account sees, so a real outage is invisible to the user and unreportable to support.
