Viv — Update Features/Assets/AGENTS.md to remove stale claims: the Destinations tab's Create pill is NOT a no-op stub (it's wired via AssetsCreateRoutingModifier, AssetsHostView.swift:875-929); the filterMode/sortOrder API it describes has been superseded by per-tab TriggerFilters/DestinationFilters/FamilyFilters. Done when: AGENTS.md accurately reflects current behavior. File: TacTileConnect/Features/Assets/AGENTS.md:101-119, 148-154, 202-205.
