That is still literally true in the code: `SessionStore.kt:158-160` is an empty body carrying the comment *"Intentionally empty until Chunk 5. Do NOT inline feature fetches here."*

BUT `t_07c92c4d` — "Wire the post-login data hydration", in wave w_f837bd42 — is marked **done**.

So either:
 (a) hydration landed somewhere else entirely and this row is dead, in which case close it and record where the work actually is; or
 (b) `t_07c92c4d` was closed against work that does not do what its title says, in which case it should be reopened and this row is the real one.

The empty body with its "until Chunk 5" comment is evidence for (b), but that comment could itself be stale — this repo has repeatedly found comments that were true when written and false by the time someone read them.
