Viv — fix the dedicated Map tab's data integrity. Done when: (1) the hardcoded fake country data (US 6200, GB 1800, CA 1400, DE 980, AU 720, FR 540 — ViewModels/MapPageViewModel.swift:126-137,178-186) either shows the same honest 'Sample data' disclosure used elsewhere (AnalyticsKit.MapWidget's isSampleData pill) or is replaced with a real fetch; (2) the already-captured lastError (lines 37,181) is actually displayed; (3) the Regions/Cities filter shows a real loading indicator instead of silently falling back to stale country rows while loading (MapPageViewModel.swift:233-239, rendered via Pages/AnalyticsKitMapToolbar.swift:521-546).
