## The brief on file

ALREADY BUILT — confirmed by code read 2026-07-26. packages/email/src/index.ts exports sendEmail() with exactly the provider-agnostic design this task asked for: pickProvider() returns ResendProvider when an API key is present and StubEmailProvider when it isn't, so the provider is swappable. It never throws — failures come back as { ok: false, reason } so webhook callers can treat email as fire-and-forget. Already consumed by apps/api/tactile-api/src/routes/{support,billing,account}.ts. File: packages/email/src/index.ts
