DONE (2026-07-31) — privacy is now SIX pages, all verified 200 against a local `wrangler dev` (unknown paths still 404):

Shared CSS extracted to /privacy.css (the six pages would otherwise carry six copies); each per-app page overrides only --accent / --accent-deep / --on-accent. Index footer now links /privacy.

"Data Not Collected" is verified, not assumed: ReleaseTimerCore has zero external package deps, ReleaseTimerUI depends only on Core, PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy sets NSPrivacyTracking=false with an empty NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypes, and the ONLY declared permission string across the whole project is NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription on the Velodrome target. No location, camera, mic, contacts, or photos anywhere.

TWO THINGS TO KNOW. (1) Still not deployed — CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN is unset, so push-to-main will not publish these. Needs the secret or a hand `cd release-timer-hub/site && wrangler deploy`. (2) Speed Skating (#89CFF0) and Athletics (#0ABAB5) accents fail text contrast on the beige canvas, so the WEB pages use darkened variants (#3E8FBF, #0A7F7C) for link/heading text while the favicons keep the true pack colours. The app accents are untouched.
