DONE (2026-07-31) — README.md now says five apps (was "two sibling iOS apps"), names ReleaseTimerUI, and reports the real test count of 130 (was 37, verified by running swift test: 130 passed, 0 failures). _context/architecture/overview.md: "three targets across two apps" → six targets across five apps, all six now listed with bundle IDs, the layering diagram redrawn to show the two-package structure, and the subsystem table gained the missing Sport/ and Destinations/ rows plus a split between the shared pack-driven views and the two bespoke view layers. _context/architecture/sport-packs.md status banner replaced — it still said "in progress (Phase 0)" while three apps ship on it; new banner records what is actually built, plus the two caveats: Velodrome has NOT been migrated to its own pack, and rowing/equestrian were dropped (penalty-mode plumbing is built but no pack declares .penalty). Root CLAUDE.md was already accurate — no change needed.
