## The brief on file

Cadence — in athletics-hub public/js/modules/nutrition.js, delete the hardcoded DAY_DATA object and fetch GET /api/nutrition?date= instead. Keep the render functions untouched — N4 returns the same shape. Add loading and empty states; an unlogged day should read as "nothing logged", not as zeroes that look like a fast.
