## The brief on file

Cadence — add migrations/0003_actuals.sql to athletics-hub for a session_actuals table, distinct from planned_sessions: links to a planned session (nullable, so unplanned work can be logged), plus completed_at, actual sets/reps/loads or efforts, RPE, and notes. Design it so a planned session can be completed, modified, or skipped without mutating the plan — planned vs actual is the whole point.
