Cadence — wire workout-studio.js's disabled "Add to Builder" button so picking a template creates a planned_session with workout_def_id actually set, instead of the free-text label it uses today. Builder's CRUD is already solid — this is about giving it a real source. Check how builder.js creates sessions and match its optimistic-update pattern.
