## The brief on file

Cadence — add the API routes and UI to log a completed session against session_actuals in athletics-hub. Entry has to be fast on a phone at the velodrome — prefill everything from the planned session so a session done as prescribed is one tap, and only make him type where reality diverged. Wire it into sessions.js, replacing its inline SESSIONS array.
