## The brief on file

Cadence — write migrations/0002_metrics.sql in ~/Command/cycling/athletics-hub for the `track` D1. Two tables. daily_metrics: id, athlete_id, date, metric, value real, unit, source, created_at — unique on (athlete_id, date, metric, source) so re-ingest upserts rather than duplicates. food_log: id, athlete_id, date, logged_at, food_name, serving, calories, protein_g, carbs_g, fat_g, source, external_id — unique on (athlete_id, external_id, source). Index both on (athlete_id, date). Note the repo's migration history is incomplete — athletes/training_blocks/workout_definitions were bootstrapped outside it, so do NOT assume a clean rebuild works; write 0002 to be additive only.
